Registration Fee
The registration fee is now €1100 and covers all conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, the Welcome Reception and the Closing Dinner on Wednesday evening Oct 6th. Students can register at € 720. The number of participants at the conference is limited to 150.

Registration Fee for accompanying guest
The accompanying guest fee of €80 includes the Welcome Reception and the Closing Dinner.

Accommodation
The cost of accommodation, standard room, per night is € 115, single occupancy, and € 135 double occupancy and includes full breakfast, local taxes and services.

Using credit card
VISA, MasterCard/EuroCard and American Express are accepted as payment. Please supply the relevant information by registering online or on a printed registration form. The form can be downloaded here and then faxed to the Secretariat (+46 702 733643). Credit card payments will be debited in Euro (€).

Bankgiro (Swedish participants)
We will send an invoice in SEK, using the official bank rate and which includes VAT. Payment can be made to B.O. Conference Service, Uppsala at bankgiro 5645-9357.
