IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

Note the amount of time assigned for your talk. It is essential that you keep your presentation, including time for questions, within this time slot.

Only laptop presentations will be allowed. for oral presentations. Power Point format is preferred. The material should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or brought to the meeting, on a CD, on a memory stick or alternatively on the speaker´s own computer. A PC computer will be available in the lecture hall. If speakers use Mac format, they need to bring their own computer.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

The area for your poster has the following dimension:
Width 0.7 meter - Height 1.2 meter

Tacks for mounting will be available. It is requested that all posters are mounted by opening time on Wednesday morning, May 9th, 2005

Posters should be on display during the entire meeting. Authors should be at their poster at the time indicated in the program, so as to be able to discuss their work with interested colleagues.

When preparing your material, remember that your colleagues should be able to read you poster standing up to one meter away. Prepare your charts and illustrations so everybody easily can understand them. Type your explanations in large type and try to keep it short and simple. Do not mount them on heavy board. These may be difficult to keep in position on the poster board.
