Registration Fee
The registration fee ibefore March 31 is 1100 and covers
all conference materials, coffee and lunch, Welcome Reception, the
Island tour and the special Closing Dinner on Friday evening.Transportation
to and from Pisa is also included. Registration fee after April
6th will increase to €1400. The number of participants
at the conference is limited to 150.
Registration Fee for accompanying guest
The accompanying guest fee is 300. The fee covers, the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, the Island tour on Wednesday afternoon and the special Closing Dinner on Friday evening.
Transfer to and from Pisa is included, and is arranged
May 78 and May 13 (arrival and departure info is
needed).
Accommodation
Accommodation in standard rooms has been prebooked at Hermitage/Biodola Resort at Euro ()165, single occupancy and Euro
()250, double occupancy per night, including service, taxes, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Other types of accommodation is available. Please, describe your
need in a mail to the secretariat.
If you wish to extend your stay, the same rate will be honored
after the meeting based upon availability.
Optional tours
Optional tours are dependent on
a minimum number of guests. The interest for the optional tours to Kedrion, Mount Capanne and to the City of Portoferraio is high and we have filled the available busses. If you
are interested in participating in a tour, we urge you to indicate this
when you register. We will, however, place you on a waiting list. If we reach a minimum number for a second bus, we will inform you and we will ask you to pay on site in Elba.

registration form on
the web site. Send your cheque
together with
your name by regular mail or DHL to
the Secretariat.

registration form. The registration form
can be submitted
from the web site or printed and
then faxed to the
Secretariat (+46 702 733643). Credit
card payments will
be debited in Euro (€). Expect 2- 3 weeks for credit card
transactions.

We will send an invoice in Swedish Kronor using the official bank rate. Payment can be done to bankgiro 5645-9357, to B.O. Conference
Service, Uppsala.
All payments should have notification PPB07
and the name of the participant.
Register now
Fill out the Registration Form and submit it to the Secreatariat.
Registrations will be accepted in the order received. The final
date for registration is April 25th, 2007. Note that you are
not fully registered until payment has been received by the Secretariat.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the meeting you have two options:
1. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time.
Please inform us in advance.
2. If you have to cancel, we can offer a refund less 15% administration
fee of the total payment (registration fee and
accommodation cost). Cancellation must be received in writing
before April 8th, 2007. All refunds will be processed after the
meeting.
