Registration Fee
The registration fee of €1200 covers all conference
materials, receptions, coffee breaks,
the history tour of Western Cyprus, and the closing dinner on Thursday
evening May 12th. Transportation to and from either the Larnaca or the Paphos International Airports
is also included in the fee (arrival and departure info is
needed). The number of participants
is limited to 150. After April 9, the registration fee increases to €1500.
Registration Fee for accompanying guest
The accompanying guest fee
of €200, covers return transportation from the airport,
the receptions, the history tour and the closing
dinner.
Accommodation
The cost of accommodation, standard room, per night is €160, single occupancy, and €260 double occupancy
and includes full board, local taxes and services.
If you have special accommodation needs, please, send us an e-mail.
If you wish to extend your stay, the same rate will be honored
before and after the meeting.
Optional tour
The optional tour, "Cyprus, coast and mountains" is dependent on
a minimum number of guests. If you wish to join the tour, please register now. The cost is €40 per person.

online on our secure server. You can also fill out the registration form, which can be downloaded here
and then faxed to the Secretariat at +46 702 733643.
Credit card payments will be debited in Euro (€).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the meeting you have two options:
1. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time.
Please inform us in advance.
2. If you have to cancel, we can offer a refund less 15% administration
fee of the total payment (registration fee and
accommodation cost). Cancellation must be received in writing
before April 9, 2011. All refunds will be processed after the
meeting.
