The Plasma Product Biotechnology Conference Series was established in 1999 with the aim of creating a forum for the exchange of ideas and information on blood products and plasma fractionation. With a track record of more than 10 years, this conference series is recognized as the premier international event in this field. The conference bring together key opinion leaders and experts from both academia and the plasma fractionation industry in a unique environment to discuss new concepts, advances in the areas of research, manufacturing, quality, clinical studies and the safety of plasma products.

A characteristic feature of these meetings is their informal and relaxed atmosphere. While the Session Topics cover a broad scope of important issues in the field, the programs are specifically designed to allow time for informal discussions and to foster interaction between the participants.

The next meeting, PPB11, will be held on the island of Cyprus, from 9th to 13th May 2011. Planning is well advanced and the Organizing Committee encourages you to actively participate in the planning process by registering and submitting your abstracts early and by following the program development on this web site.
